Mkhitar Gosh Armenian-Russian International University celebrated International Day of Yoga 2026 with great enthusiasm under the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing." The event brought together students and faculty for a refreshing session focused on promoting physical health, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.

The special session was led by Ms. Kanchan Pandey, a renowned yoga instructor, naturopathy counselor, acupuncturist, nutritionist, dietician, and General Secretary of the West Zone of the International Naturopathy Organisation (INO).
