The blood physiology event was organized in Auditorium Room 216 of Armenian-Russian International University on 16th December, 2022, by lecturer of Normal Physiology, Dr. Ani Petrosyan, Faculty of Medicine. It was conducted between the two groups - 201 and 202. 

The open lesson on blood physiology went as planned and witnessed the warm presence of Ms. Naira Mkrtchyan, the head of the education department, from the Dean’s office and respected rector, Dr. Yana Troynich. 

Topics discussed: 

(1) Presentation and quiz:

Firstly, the leaders of both groups inaugurated the event. The presentation of 201 Group  kickstarted on the topic of blood. After the presentation, there was a quiz section where students from 201 Group asked questions from 202 Group from their presentation . The 202 Group scored 2/5 in the quiz. Later, the 202 Group presented their presentation and started their quiz in which the 201 Group scored 3.5/5.

The group 201 was declared the winner of the quiz contest. 

Both the groups were given 1 point each for the presentation. 

(2) Practical session:

The students from both the groups collected blood samples and examined them under the microscope. They are well-trained in blood examinations and have a good knowledge about blood physiology. 
Both the groups were given 1 point each.

(3) The charts:

The students also prepared charts to explain blood physiology. 

Both the groups were given 1 point for the charts.

Conclusion:  

Group 201 was declared the winner of the event. Participation certificates were presented to both groups by Dr. Ani Petrosyan.
